In order to complete the check-out process using PayPal, you must click the "PayPal CHECK OUT" icon at the top of the Order Confirmation page. This allows you to log into your PayPal account and promptly submit your PayPal payment for the order. Otherwise, the order remains incomplete and unprocessed. The USPS has recently raised its postal rates FOUR TIMES while DWM Communications has NOT passed those increases on to its customers! Also, DWM Communications does not charge customers for PayPal fees! (Unlike other ham radio businesses....)
